This isn’t a test. It’s a diagnostic.
Human relationships are at the heart of collective performance, yet understanding the deeper dynamics of personality remains a challenge for many organizations.
A test measures performance: there are right and wrong answers, a score, and a ranking.
A diagnostic, on the other hand, sheds light on how a person functions — without judgment and without ranking one profile above another.
PERS6NɅ does not evaluate you. It describes you, with the precision of a tool built on today’s scientific classifications.
The distinction is more than semantic. It changes everything that comes next: a test ends with a result. A diagnostic starts a conversation — with yourself, with your team, and with a practitioner.
Why do most tests disappoint?
You've probably taken a personality test before...
A color to remember, a four-letter acronym, a totem animal. It's fun in the moment. But a few weeks later, often only a vague memory remains — because these tools were designed to be quick to administer, not to stay useful over time.
It's not that they're wrong. It's that they stop exactly where the real work begins: understanding why you react this way under pressure, what truly motivates you, and how that can evolve depending on your context.
PERS6NɅ was built to answer all three of these questions — not just the first one.
What sets PERS6NɅ apart
Scientific foundations
Inspired by ICD-11, DSM-5-TR, and PDM-3 — the current reference classifications, regularly updated by the WHO and the APA, not models frozen since the 1920s.
A dynamic, not a label
You're not assigned to a box. PERS6NɅ reads a unique combination of 6 types, expressed as percentages — part innate personality shaped in childhood, part acquired traits that evolve over time.
An actionable report
The result isn't a color or a type to remember. It's a detailed report — covering relationship to time, motivation, stress, communication, and management — delivered by an accredited practitioner.
How does it actually work?
Three steps, one single session
Step 1 — The online questionnaire
About 45 to 55 minutes, at your own pace. You don't answer by ticking isolated boxes: you rank your different personality types against each other, which requires genuine reflection rather than a reflexive answer.
Step 2 — Generating your report
Your answers are cross-referenced with the PERS6NɅ model to produce a confidential, personalized report.
Step 3 — The guided debrief
An accredited practitioner walks you through your report live. This is the moment the diagnostic becomes useful: you don't read it alone — you understand it with someone who knows how to put it in perspective.
The questionnaire: designed for reliability
A questionnaire built against approximation
Unlike self-administered tests that take just a few minutes, the PERS6NɅ questionnaire requires ranking personality types against one another rather than ticking boxes independently. This constraint was chosen deliberately: it prevents rushed or approximate answers, especially among the most spontaneous profiles, who naturally tend to want to finish quickly.
The result: more thoughtful answers, and therefore a more reliable diagnostic over time — not just on the day you took it.
Tested and validated through dozens of cross-administrations against other reference tools before release. More than 60 professionals have already used it in their day-to-day practice.
What the diagnostic is not
An important clarification
PERS6NɅ is a non-clinical, non-diagnostic framework in the medical sense: it does not provide any health diagnosis, does not replace any assessment by a healthcare professional, and should never be used as such. It is a tool for self-knowledge and professional support — not a medical instrument.
"The first test I ever took, I didn't really understand much — except that I was good at coloring in my little square house. What I wanted wasn't for someone to decorate a box. I wanted someone to finally understand how I actually work."
Igor Heres — Creator of PERS6NɅ
