Just another tool, or a real differentiator?

The market for personality tools for professional coaching is saturated — traditional tests have occupied most of the space for decades, with foundations often frozen since their creation.
PERS6NɅ offers both a richer working tool for your practice, and a commercial differentiation angle in a market where almost all your colleagues use the same references.

What PERS6NɅ changes in your practice
A rich working hypothesis from the very first session

Rather than gradually discovering how a client functions session after session, you have a detailed map from the very first meeting: relationship with time, motivational drivers, stress cycle, decision-making logic, relationship with authority. You are no longer starting from a blank page.

A real time saver

What might have taken several sessions to identify intuitively becomes a structured working hypothesis from the outset — something to refine with the client, rather than build from scratch.

Better-tailored support plans

Because the report distinguishes the stable foundation (Native personality) from the current mode of adaptation (Active personality), you avoid a common pitfall in coaching and support: confusing a deep-rooted trait with a temporary reaction to the current context. Your recommendations become more precise and more relevant over time.

What PERS6NɅ changes in your business
An opportunity to expand your services and revenue

Once accredited, you purchase diagnostics at the practitioner rate and are free to set your own selling price for clients — creating a new service line that can be integrated into your existing offer, without being tied to the public price.

Clear commercial differentiation

In a market where many independent practitioners have been using the same tools for years, offering a diagnostic built on current scientific classifications (ICD-11, DSM-5-TR, PDM-3), rather than on typologies developed between the 1920s and 1970s, becomes a genuine commercial differentiator — and a concrete answer to a client who says: “I’ve already taken a test. I’m red. It didn’t teach me very much.”

(The complete business model — practitioner pricing, margin structure and volumes — is presented in detail during your application interview, not here.)

The path to becoming an accredited practitioner
Step 1 — Training: two levels, 3 training programs depending on your profile

Level 1.1 — Presenting individually
For consultants, managers, HR Directors and coaches — no entry prerequisites.

This level enables you to understand the PERS6NɅ model, present it effectively and explain the results to a client. The program consists of 6 half-day online sessions, structured around an introduction to the model, the Native reading (“knowing yourself”), the Active reading (“understanding yourself”), regulation (“acting with yourself”), support and management, and finally the debrief — how to present the results in practice. Three 2-hour group supervision sessions complete the training, helping you consolidate your understanding of the model before accreditation.

Level 1.2 — Training groups
For training organizations and corporate trainers — no entry prerequisites.

This level is designed for those who want not only to understand the PERS6NɅ model, but also to teach it: knowing how to present results to a client and, above all, how to facilitate the standard exercises yourself during a training session. The program consists of 6 half-day online sessions, including open sessions and an accreditation session, during which you discover the complete architecture of the model, how to interpret the report, its main reference frameworks, and how to facilitate the standard exercises in practice.

Accreditation at this level assesses a different skill from Level 1.1: it is no longer simply about being able to interpret a profile, but about being able to bring it to life within a group. The panel assesses your teaching clarity, structure, compliance with the standard instructions, group management and caution in interpretation, based on a standard sequence that you prepare and then facilitate in front of the panel.

Level 2 — Coaching and supporting
For coaches, therapists and support professionals.

This level goes further: presenting results, facilitating the standard exercises, debriefing and genuinely supporting a client using PERS6NɅ. If you are already certified or trained in a personality or communication model based on 6 types, you can access an accelerated format directly: 3 half-day online sessions, followed by a 2-hour supervision session. If this is not the case, completion of the required Level 1 training constitutes the entry prerequisite for this level.

Step 2 — Accreditation

Whatever the level, accreditation does not simply validate your theoretical knowledge: it assesses your professional stance, your caution in interpretation, and your ability to make a profile genuinely useful to a client.

In practice: an online questionnaire to verify your understanding of the essential concepts, followed by a sample diagnostic that you prepare and present to a panel during a 2-hour assessment. The panel evaluates your clarity, structure, accuracy, caution, professional stance and ability to suggest concrete courses of action.

Validity and renewal

PERS6NɅ accreditation is valid for 2 years. This period ensures that every accredited practitioner remains aligned with developments in the model, debriefing standards and best practices for its use. Renewal takes place through a mandatory half-day refresher session every 2 years, providing an opportunity to review the fundamentals, integrate developments in the model and share practical experience with other practitioners.

(Training, accreditation and renewal fees are provided during the application process.)

Step 3 — The practitioner portal

Once accredited, you gain access to your personal practitioner portal: purchasing diagnostics at the practitioner rate, tracking your assessments, accessing debriefing materials, and receiving continuous updates as the model evolves.

Step 4 — Listing in the directory

Your profile is added to the directory, the main point of entry through which individuals and organizations can discover you.

Why accreditation is not just a formality

Using a personality tool without fully mastering it can do more harm than good — a poorly interpreted profile can lock a client into a reductive view of themselves rather than help them move forward.

That is why PERS6NɅ does more than simply sell a license: the accreditation panel ensures that every practitioner presents and debriefs the model with the necessary caution and professional stance.

This also protects the value of the network as a whole: a client who has had a positive experience with one accredited practitioner will be more likely to trust the next.
