Who is this training for?

Level 1.2 is designed for the same professionals as Level 1.1 — coaches, managers, HR consultants and support professionals — who want to use PERS6NɅ in a group setting: team building, seminars or management workshops.

It follows Level 1.1 and builds on the skills already acquired in reading and debriefing individual profiles.

What you will learn

This module gives you the tools to facilitate a group debriefing without losing the depth and nuance of individual interpretation:

– Map a group — understand a team as a whole through the distribution of the six PERS6NɅ personality types, identifying both complementary strengths and potential areas of friction.

– Prepare a group debriefing — adapt the pace, language and format according to the size and maturity of the group.

– Encourage dialogue between profiles — create exercises and situations in which each personality type can recognize its own patterns and those of others, without judgement or rigid labelling.

– Turn tensions into complementary strengths — use differences in functioning, motivation, communication and stress management as a foundation for stronger cooperation rather than opposition.

– Maintain a clear framework within the group — manage speaking time and individual reactions within the group, while keeping the discussion focused on shared opportunities for action.

Module structure

Level 1.2 training is designed to fit the schedules of working professionals:

• 6 half-day modules covering the full programme described above

• 3 supervision and Q&A sessions to consolidate learning before accreditation

• 1 accreditation day: skills assessment before a panel

Each session combines theoretical input, practical exercises and experience sharing, so that you leave ready to conduct a PERS6NɅ group debriefing the very next day.

A collective perspective without losing individual nuance

Debriefing a group with PERS6NɅ is not about reducing each person to a label in order to simplify team dynamics.

Quite the opposite: the aim is to help each person understand their place within the group while revealing the mechanisms that explain why some working relationships function naturally while others require greater adjustment.

The model, inspired by current clinical classification frameworks (ICD-11, DSM-5-TR and PDM-3) and designed for non-clinical use, retains its rigorous approach even when applied to an entire group.
