LEVEL 2 – SUPPORT

Become an accredited practitioner and integrate PERS6NɅ into your support, coaching or management practice.

Level 2 training teaches you how to deliver a PERS6NɅ report accurately, turn it into a practical driver for transformation for your clients, and conduct debriefings independently — both individually and in group settings.

Who is this training for?

Level 2 training is designed for coaches, consultants, managers and professionals in support and development who want to add PERS6NɅ to their professional toolkit.

It is suitable for both independent professionals (self-employed professionals, freelancers) and organisations (limited companies, consulting firms, training centres).

Entry requirements

To access the accelerated version of this training programme, participants must:

Be a certified coach from a recognised coaching school.
Hold a certification in behavioural psychology or psychopathology, or be certified to use a personality assessment tool.
Have completed at least Transactional Analysis 101.
Successfully complete an initial assessment interview.

If you do not meet one of these requirements, the standard Level 1 pathway (Debriefing) remains available to help you build the necessary foundations before progressing to Level 2.

What you will learn

PERS6NɅ is built around six personality types — Creator, Evaluator, Influencer, Disruptor, Organizer and Connector — expressed across three levels of interpretation: Native, Influence and Active.

The Level 2 pathway takes you from a theoretical understanding of the model to its full practical application:

– Understand the model — explore the foundations of PERS6NɅ, its dynamic and predictive approach, and what distinguishes it from static frameworks.

– Know yourself — experience the diagnostic yourself in order to understand its full depth and nuances before applying it to others.

– Understand yourself — learn how to interpret Native / Influence / Active combinations and identify the motivational, stress and behavioural drivers specific to each profile.

– Debrief — practise delivering a PERS6NɅ report with clarity, tact and impact, both individually and in group settings.

– Supervision — take part in a supervision and Q&A session to consolidate your learning, revisit sensitive points and prepare confidently for accreditation.

– Become accredited — demonstrate your skills before an accreditation panel and become an accredited PERS6NɅ practitioner.

Training programme

Level 2 training is delivered in an accelerated format designed for working professionals:

- 4 half-day modules covering the full programme described above

- 1 supervision and Q&A session to consolidate learning before accreditation

- 1 accreditation day: skills assessment before a panel

Each session combines theoretical input, practical exercises and experience sharing, so that you leave ready to conduct a PERS6NɅ debriefing the very next day.

PERS6NɅ report types

During the training, you will discover all PERS6NɅ report formats and learn how to select the most appropriate one depending on the context:

Standard Report — an accessible and straightforward first individual interpretation

Management Report — designed for management and team leadership situations

Recruitment Report — to provide additional objective insight into a selection process, without ever replacing it

Partner Report — to better understand the dynamics between two partners or associates

Career / Skills Assessment Report — to support professional development and career transition

Accreditation and renewal

At the end of the training, you complete an accreditation assessment before a panel.

Once obtained, accreditation is valid for two years and can be renewed through a half-day refresher session — there is no need to repeat the entire programme.
