Who is this training for?
Level 1.1 is designed for anyone who wants to get started with PERS6NɅ and learn how to debrief a personality diagnostic with an individual: coaches, managers, HR consultants, and other support professionals. No prerequisites are required to access this module — it is the entry point to the accreditation pathway.
What you will learn ?
This module covers the essential foundations for conducting an individual debriefing:
– Understand the model — the six PERS6NɅ personality types (Creator, Evaluator, Influencer, Disruptor, Organizer, Connector) and how they are expressed across three levels: Native, Influence and Active.
– Read a PERS6NɅ report — identify combinations of personality types and recognize the needs, motivational drivers and stress signals specific to each profile.
– Prepare for the debriefing — structure the conversation, anticipate possible reactions and choose the right pace according to your client’s personality.
– Conduct a one-to-one debriefing — create a reassuring framework, explain the results clearly and turn the report into meaningful insights for the person being supported.
– Manage immediate reactions — respond to doubt, surprise or resistance without losing the focus of the debriefing, and redirect the conversation towards what is useful for the individual.

Level 1.1 training is designed to fit the schedules of working professionals:
– 6 half-day modules covering the full programme described above
– 3 supervision and Q&A sessions to consolidate learning before accreditation
– 1 accreditation day: skills assessment before a panel
Each session combines theoretical input, practical exercises and experience sharing, so that you leave ready to conduct a PERS6NɅ debriefing the very next day.

Debriefing with PERS6NɅ is not about reading a report out loud. It is about helping the person in front of you recognize themselves, understand their own patterns and identify practical ways to move forward.
The model, inspired by current clinical classification frameworks (ICD-11, DSM-5-TR, PDM-3) and designed for non-clinical use, provides a rigorous framework without ever reducing a person to a box.
