To support those who protect, care for, and educate
Some professions expose people daily to situations of high responsibility, transition or intense pressure — often without having the same resources as a large private company to equip their teams.
The PERS6NɅ Foundation exists to bridge this gap: to offer support for personality diagnosis and to provide rigorous frameworks for understanding human dynamics, at the service of those whose decisions serve the common good.
Our mission
The PERS6NɅ Foundation's mission is to cover the costs of administering personality diagnoses, to provide rigorous frameworks for understanding human dynamics, for the benefit of individuals exposed to situations of responsibility, transition or high pressure that serve the common good.
It is primarily aimed at three types of contexts where human decisions have a high impact:
- Public education professionals — teaching teams, guidance staff.
- Actors in public service, healthcare, security or defense — public hospitals, police, army.
- Associations providing support for professional reintegration — employment support, integration structures.
An important methodological point: the Foundation does not "distribute" tests. It provides a structured process, based on PERS6NɅ, within a framework of utility, responsibility, professional ethics and societal contribution — not a mass distribution without support.
Three areas of action
1. Education (teaching teams, guidance)
Objective: to improve cooperation and communication within educational teams, prevent escalations and support the approach in sensitive situations.
Deliverables: shared communication rules, stress indicators, points of vigilance, team action plan.
2. Health & safety (public hospitals, police, army)
Objective: to strengthen inter-professional coordination under pressure, prevent friction and improve psychological safety in the service of quality of care.
Deliverables: communication guidelines, needs mapping, points of vigilance under stress, collective action plan.
3. Associations (employment, professional reintegration)
Objective: to secure communication and decision-making in constrained contexts, strengthen cohesion and prevent breakdowns under stress.
Deliverables: guidelines for reliable communication, stress indicators, points of vigilance, rules of cooperation, action plan.
How is a program deployed?
Each program is developed with a specific framework, tailored to the context and real challenges of the partner organization—not a standardized and impersonal deployment. Once the program is completed, it undergoes a qualitative evaluation of its effectiveness to ensure it has a concrete impact on the ground, not just on paper.
The Foundation deploys programs on demand in a limited and targeted manner, always in partnership with actors already engaged in human and professional support — never alone and detached from reality.
Support
The rates for individual or group debriefing are negotiated within the framework of a contract tailored to each organization. This system allows, for example, a public service to offer its employees a PERS6NɅ assessment without the cost falling on the employee themselves.
