Common prerequisites for all two levels

None of the two levels requires prior certification in psychology or coaching. However, two requirements are non-negotiable, regardless of the level you choose:

- Experience in supporting or developing others — even informally: team manager, consultant, trainer, coach. PERS6NɅ is learned through practice, not through theory alone.
- A rigorous ethical approach — the model draws on demanding scientific reference points, and its responsible use requires the same level of rigor. The training explicitly addresses how to handle objections, possible confusion with other models, and interpretation pitfalls that must be avoided.

The program, common to all three levels

Whichever level you choose, you will learn:

- The architecture of the model — the Native / Influence / Active structure, and what each level reveals.
- The 6 personality types — Connector, Influencer, Organizer, Disruptor, Evaluator, Creator: their qualities, language and perception of the world.
- How to read the continuum — how to interpret a combination of percentages rather than assigning someone to a single category.
- How to conduct a debrief — how to present a report with clarity, caution and practical value for the person in front of you.
- The responsible framework — the non-negotiable boundaries of the model: non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and never confusing personality functioning with pathology.

Two levels, three uses

Level 1.1 — Presenting individually
For consultants, managers, HR Directors and coaches — no entry prerequisites.
Understand the model, know how to present it and explain the results to a client.
Format: 6 half-day online sessions + 3 group supervision sessions of 2 hours each.
Accreditation: online questionnaire + presentation of a sample diagnostic to an assessment panel (2h).

Level 1.2 — Training groups
For training organizations and corporate trainers — no entry prerequisites.
Understand the model, present the results, and above all learn how to facilitate the standard exercises yourself during a training session.
Format: 6 half-day online sessions + 3 group supervision sessions of 2 hours each.
Accreditation: online questionnaire + facilitation of a standard sequence in front of an assessment panel.

Level 2 — Supporting
For coaches, consultants and support professionals.
Present the results, facilitate the standard exercises, debrief and genuinely support the client using PERS6NɅ.
Format: 4 half-day online sessions + 1 supervision session of 2 hours.
* (Be a certified coach from a recognized coaching school. Hold a certification in behavioral psychology or psychopathology, or be certified to use a personality assessment tool. Have completed at least Transactional Analysis 101. Successfully complete an initial assessment interview.— otherwise Level 1.1 or 1.2 is required beforehand).
Accreditation: online questionnaire + presentation of a sample diagnostic to an assessment panel (2h).

- accreditation is valid for 2 years and can be renewed through a half-day refresher session €150 excl. VAT .
