After 11 years of management in business, I specialized in supporting leaders, managers or teams for their personal and professional development: my missions are centered on career changes, taking up positions, performance research, "bounces" following traumas or burnout.

With a background in law and business management, I began my career in the Tourism sector, in the technical-commercial field, before specializing in team management and the financial structure of projects.
Having experienced the complexities of organizations, the challenges of leading a group, the isolation of leadership, and the communication breakdowns in interpersonal relationships, I decided to orient my professional life towards a career that would allow me to help each individual and each team become aware of and manage their resources, and to use them to achieve their goals and life projects. My approach combines two distinct yet complementary poles: on the one hand, I have developed expertise in individual, team, and organizational coaching, and on the other hand, I have expanded my practice to include Traditional Chinese Medicine, sophrology, emotional release techniques, and mental preparation. This dual approach has informed my coaching practice since 2010.
